A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) is a credentialed coach recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) who has demonstrated a high standard of professional coaching skills, ethics, and experience.
To earn the PCC designation, a coach must complete at least 125 hours of coach-specific training and log a minimum of 500 hours of client coaching, along with a performance evaluation.
PCC-level coaches are skilled in deep listening, powerful questioning, goal-setting, and client-centered growth, providing transformative support across a wide range of personal and professional goals. The credential reflects a commitment to ongoing learning, ethical practice, and measurable coaching outcomes.
Whether working with individuals, teams, or executives, a PCC-certified coach brings a trusted, structured, and results-oriented approach to helping clients unlock their potential.
