Master Certified Coach (MCC)
A Master Certified Coach (MCC) is the highest level of credential awarded by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), representing a globally recognized standard of excellence, mastery, and deep professional experience in the coaching field.
To achieve this elite credential, a coach must complete at least 200 hours of coach-specific training and accumulate 2,500+ hours of client coaching, along with a rigorous performance evaluation.
