My journey began as a university mascot, and now I am a cheerleader for anyone navigating uncertainty, helping them recognize, position, and seize new opportunities. Originally a public school teacher, my career has spanned marketing, consulting, training, speaking, and being an IT professor. I transitioned from being a C-suite industry executive into change consulting and outplacement coaching at ManpowerGroup in the 90s. I served as the South Florida Charter Chapter President and Global Marketing Chair of the International Coach Federation (ICF) to further the profession and build its brand.
