My name is Susan Diane Steiner  an executive coach with over 10 years of experience coaching individuals and teams to attain maximum effectiveness by realizing their natural potential. My background includes working with executives, senior managers and directors predominantly in the Pharma industry, but also with professionals in technology and financial organizations.

Susan’s style of leadership coaching emphasizes the unique strengths and challenges of the individual and how both can be authentically leveraged. I have served as Chief Operations Officer in both a consulting company and a non-profit organization. I have managed state-wide training for a government organization, later leading team building and communication programs across the US for Fortune 500 companies before becoming a consultant and coach.
