What’s it like to coach with Andrew? Here’s what some of Andrew’s coaching clients have said about his coaching:
“I worked with Andrew Parker and found his coaching extremely helpful. He helped me think about what I valued in a job, my own personal values and how all those could be synthesised together for my own career and life journey. He did not help me find a new job per se, but he helped me think about what I wanted out of my next move. But beyond that, I am grateful for being open with his own life journey, and for being not just a coach but a friend when I needed it.” – TX, Singapore
“Andrew is a great listener and he is absolutely astute in his observations and advice. I have learned a lot from him and also about myself in the past 6 months that we’ve been working together to help me progress in my career. If you are looking for a professional coach to work through your life and work goals and keep you focused, I would highly recommend Andrew” – Ivan, Singapore
“Andrew’s facilitation skills are second to none. He has a unique ability to create an environment where every member feels heard and valued. His approach is not just about leading discussions but about fostering a safe space where authentic, meaningful exchanges occur. This has been instrumental in driving deeper connections and learning among our members.
His leadership style is both inclusive and inspiring. Andrew has successfully cultivated a culture of openness and mutual support within the group, which has led to a significant increase in member engagement. He understands the power of vulnerability in professional settings and encourages members to share their challenges and triumphs openly. This approach has transformed our meetings into powerful sessions of shared learning and personal growth.” Nick Johnson, EGN Sinagpore
“My coaching session with Andrew has given me confidence that is helpful in determining the next
steps in my career! The experience was very reassuring as Andrew was able to connect the dots between my values/personality and work to help guide me towards better understanding myself and what I could do next. Thank you Andrew!” – Sharmain, Singapore
