My name is Neha Parashar,

A highly experienced Executive Coach, trusted advisor and consultant based in New Delhi, India, serving clients across the globe. I am passionate about supporting people in growing to their full potential in their current career and life stage, and in developing clarity, confidence, and skills for the next step of their growth journey.

I have over 13 years and over 2500 hours of coaching experience, and has coached C suite leaders across functions, industries and countries. My areas of expertise include Executive Coaching, Leadership skills and Career transitions for mid to senior level corporate leaders.

I have worked with clients across cultures (US, EU, Asia) and industries (Manufacturing, Chemicals, IT, ITES, Legal, Federal etc.) I am also an HBR published author. and is a champion for DEI, with close to 60% of her clients being women. Prior to taking up coaching full time, I have held HR leadership positions with reputed multinational corporations for close to 20 years.

Coaching and Advisory Experiences: She is a sought-after coach, supporting corporate clients through Executive, Leadership Development and Career Coaching, focusing on transitions and growth. She also supports her clients in preparing and pitching for their next role, inside or outside their current organization. As advisor and coach, that supports expats transitioning into India.

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) since 2014, amongst the first 100 coaches in India to earn this credential. I also trained at ICF Level 3 and have recently qualified for the MCC credential.

I am also a certified Mentor Coach for coaches aspiring for ACC/PCC levels. Additionally, I hold certifications as a Federal Resume and Career Coach, is a certified Trainer of Targeted Selection Interview process, and an administrator of MBTI and DiSc profiling.

And last but least I am also a certified trainer of Stephen Covey’s Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and the Four Disciplines of Execution.
