Mariarosa Nava Coach ACC ICF

I am Mariarosa Nava, an ACC ICF coach (associated with the International Coaching Federation), I specialise in Career and Career Transition coaching as well as a wellbeing and Life coach.

I am very interested in supporting wellbeing’s clients through different approaches and tools (f.i.: Positive Psychology, Cognitive-Behavioural Coaching, etc. – using SPACE, PERMA, PRACTICE among other coaching models).

I am also a  trainer (FSEA2) with a Bachelor and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. I have worked in several professional fields and taken on different roles. I have also studied and worked abroad.

In the past I was associated with the CIPD Ireland (Chartered Institute for Personnel Development). I have been active in the world of coaching since 2019. I have always been interested in supporting people development, their individual and professional growth, and facilitating the enhancement of individual talents.

For several years I have been dealing with the professional reintegration of unemployed people, young people, women, managers accompanying them with tailored paths adapted to their particular needs.
