My expertise lies in understanding human behaviour and the drivers which influence motivation, change, performance and potential. My coaching practice is evidence based, utilising a cognitive-behavioural, strengths-based, solution-focused, reflective inquiry framework, and incorporating broader positive psychology and resilience interventions where relevant to the achievement of coaching goals.
