With a Master’s in Engineering, I developed my career working for top leaders in electronics manufacturing.

More than technical work, my passion has always been building, motivating, and growing individuals and teams to achieve better results. Today I coach managers and leaders in organizations to overcome personal and organizational challenges and deliver the best value to the stakeholders.

In my opinion, the best way to achieve results through coaching is in creating a true partnership, with friendly, sincere and genuine respect for each other, while keeping us true to ourselves.

On a personal side, I cooperate with different NGOs to improve the lives of those most vulnerable.
