I am Diane Ingram, ICF-MCC, I am a Master Certified Coach, credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF), with 20 years coaching experience, and a degree in Psychology and Human Development. As Director of Student Affairs and Founding Partner in a coach training organization, I have developed curriculum and trained future coaches. I have authored five books, including The Heart and Soul of Extraordinary Leadership.
I coach mid to senior level leaders at major corporate and health institutions, and in government in expanding their purpose driven sphere of influence, increasing effective communication, addressing challenging situations, and increasing their own well-being. I coach them to clarify their purpose, values and goals to achieve greater effectiveness and efficiency at work, and to maintain a healthy work/life balance. In addition, leaders reported having gained new strategies for team cohesion, direction and resilience.
I have presented and facilitated seminar training to Corporate Audiences, Associations, and Academies:
McKinsey, IBM, Morgan Stanley, NBA Association, Bloomberg, Kenneth Cole, Columbia University, Hachette Book Group, Westchester Medical Center, United Way, and more.
Of all my leadership roles in various businesses and organizations, my proudest was as President of the New York City chapter of World Runners, 400 members strong. In that organization I, with my team, engaged hundreds of volunteers to produce races, provide critical volunteer support for the NYC Marathon and raise thousands of dollars toward our mission of ending world hunger.
I am a student of the Diamond Approach, which fosters personal development through methods of meditation, present-moment awareness, and self-observation. I love sailing, running, and playing and writing music.
