My Business is Enable Me Coaching. My specialist areas are Executive and Business Coaching, Career Coaching and Training and Facilitation. I coach online and face to face and have coached people from all over the world.

I am a professional certified coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a member of EMCC (Europeam Mentoring and Coaching Council.)

I have over 33 years industry experience, 25 years of those as a business, people and technical manager with Intel Ireland Ltd. I coached internally in Intel for 20 of those 25 years.

I bring my extensive multi-national business management experience to my Executive and Business coaching. I also built a business within a business in Intel, so I am very familiar with the challenges of the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME).

I left Intel in 2016 and trained formally as a Business and Personal coach with the Irish LifeCoach Institute (ILI) which is an ICF approved coach training organization based in Dublin, Ireland.

As an Executive and Business coach I work with all levels across organisations from individual contributors to senior managers, managing directors and C-suite, focusing on coaching for development and coaching for performance. I coach on a wide range of topics including emotional intelligence, team building/coaching, strategic planning and awareness, career management/progression, interpersonal relationship coaching, new leader and manager coaching, leadership development, management skills development, change management and time management.
I work with my clients to deliver bespoke solutions. These services can be delivered collectively, as workshops, or as one to one individual coaching.

As a Career coach I work with both employers and candidates. I work with people who are looking to make a career change, considering retirement options, fulfill a career path or find work. I am very experienced in what employers are looking for in a candidate. I have extensive experience in recruitment, interviewing and hiring. I am a career transition specialist associate in Ireland and also work internationally with a well known service provider.

I am an experienced facilitator and trainer. I regularly facilitate events such as team feedback sessions, strategic planning days and bespoke workshops. I am an approved trainer with several organizations and deliver training on a regular basis.
