I am a qualified psychologist and my day-to-day practice is focused on Executive Coaching and Training, specialising in the areas of self-awareness, confidence, communication and leadership skills.

To complement my coaching and training, I am able to draw on over a decade of relevance hands-on business management experience.

I am also a certified user of DiSC and MBTI and Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
