I am as inspired by unearthing people’s stories as I am about harvesting the wisdom within them. I work with a spectrum of clients across age groups and cultures, particularly with women, creatives, academics, and immigrant professionals. As a certified Personal Development Coach, Life Skills Educator, and Enhanced Language Instructor, I work with individuals and groups as they navigate transition, explore career change, and embrace personal empowerment. I bring diverse knowledge and a unique approach to my work, creating safe spaces for engaged learning, powerful insight, and meaningful connection.
I hold an ACC designation through the International Coaching Federation in addition to my Masters degree focusing on cultural diversity and inclusion. I have been leading groups and coaching individuals in the non-profit sector for almost 10 years.
With a sharp mind and a big heart, I encourage people to illuminate new ways of thinking, feeling and being so that life becomes a tapestry of possibilities.
