Falling in love with your own mind and your self-as-leader isn’t a silly or egotistical idea—it’s a crucial foundation for transformative, impactful leadership. If that concept makes you pause or catch your breath, then you’re exactly the kind of leader I’m here to support. Through my coaching and the Positive Intelligence™ program, I help leaders in education move beyond self-doubt and step into a powerful way of leading that is both fiercely focused and deeply peaceful, rooted in authenticity and self-kindness.
Having lived in Tôlagnaro, Madagascar since 2018, my practice centers on supporting leaders and educators who represent or work with marginalized communities across EMEA, as well as those whose souls resonate when they read my profile. My background in Anthropology and culturally responsive education informs a nuanced approach to applying Emotional Intelligence (EI), coaching, and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) in ways that honor each individual’s unique context and identity.
I help education leaders move from burnout—managing standards, challenging parents, and mental health demands—to resilient, compassionate advocates who have the time and inner resources to build thriving, equitable schools where students flourish, learn, and grow. My approach blends Emotional Intelligence, Job Crafting, and Mental Fitness techniques.
📚 In my coaching, I bring credentials in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) and as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the ICF. I specialize in using Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Positive Intelligence™ (PQ) frameworks to help clients approach life with grace, resilience, and joy.
My purpose is to ignite the spark in each of us and to contribute to a better, more compassionate society. I am passionate about helping leaders and educators craft fulfilling careers and set joyful, impactful goals. By collaborating with experts across fields, I ensure that our initiatives are both meaningful and sustainable.
🌟 At Sekoly Kintana, we employ the Montessori method, which has a proven track record of cultivating a love of learning along with essential skills in EI, self-regulation, and cultural competency. Our commitment extends to youth, individuals, and families, fostering a learning environment that is inclusive, growth-oriented, and free from oppressive ideologies. I want every child to fall in love with her own unique mind — her special way of doing and being!
