She has worked with clients across cultures (US, EU, Asia) and industries (Manufacturing, Chemicals, IT, ITES, Legal, Federal etc.) Neha is an HBR published author. She is a champion for DEI, with close to 60% of her clients being women. Prior to taking up coaching full time, Neha has held HR leadership positions with reputed multinational corporations for close to 20 years.

Additionally, Neha holds certifications as a Federal Resume and Career Coach, is a certified Trainer of Targeted Selection Interview process, and an administrator of MBTI and DiSc profiling.
