I am passionate about helping people who have reached a plateau or facing a crisis. A place where they are ready to embrace a rite of passage, a journey into authenticity and freedom, where I can support them to increase their awareness and create a more vibrant, active and rewarding life.

My mission is for my clients to gain clarity and more understanding of their childhood dynamics and relationship patterns as they learn to embrace their authentic selves by facing their fears and anxieties with compassion and trust. I help them to see underlying script messages and beliefs which hinder emotional and spiritual growth.
I started Amida Life Coach 10 years ago because I wanted to help people be more honest and free to make better choices in their personal and professional lives.

Allowing them to connect, explore and develop their most creative, autonomous and fulfilled selves in a safe, trustworthy environment without fear or anxiety.
