At the heart of my work is the desire for individuals and organisations to find their voices in this world. So much time, talent and money is wasted because of underlying fears that are left unchecked. Fears of getting things wrong, being seen as a fraud or simply “not good enough”.

From my years as an actor I know what it takes to step out of the darkness and take centre stage. I know what it is and what it takes to follow a passion. I bring this passion to my coaching work today. I ask the questions that need to be asked to get to the heart of the matter, in order to unlock an individual or organisation’s potential.

My work is based upon the Integral Development approach to coaching, as well as my work as an actor. This background supports me in helping others to become the best versions of themselves, the version who is centre stage in their own lives and are living aligned to their purpose and what is meaningful to them.

By challenging the assumptions that hold people back, and by supporting them to act with purpose and in relationship with others, so much more can become possible.

My belief is that for an organisation to be effective in the world, it has to foster a nurturing environment for its employees.

I would be keen to start a conversation with any organisation that is interested in untapping the potential of their employees, building closer trusting relationships within its walls and moving away from a “performance culture”, to “a culture of growth”.
