Claudia, TEDx speaker & certified coach, has a vast range of experiences from her corporate years ranging from customer service roles to management in the SaaS Industry. Through multiple roles in a diverse set of industries, Claudia has managed employees, she has worked with global teams across different departments (cross functional & cultural between EMEA/APAC/NAMER), supported dozens of IC’s in their transition to management roles, and navigated numerous change management processes while building out a Barcelona based office.
Claudia has spent 8 years in corporate navigating through various career shifts and career growth opportunities, ranging from being a Sales Coordinator in Event Management in Dubai, to being a Data & Analytics Manager in Barcelona, Spain. Due to her commitment, hard work ethic, and true desire to make an impact, Claudia has lived, worked, and studied in 6 different countries across 4 continents, and is deeply interested in cross-cultural collaboration and teamwork.
Claudia’s coaching style is described as eye-opening, uplifting, energizing, empowering & actionable. She believes that the coaching journey is a trusted partnership between the Coach and the Participant, in which both people invest equal time and energy to achieve the Participant’s wildest goals.
