I’m Christine Dawood, an Organisational Psychologist, Executive Coach, and Agent for Change with a strong belief that everybody can reach their true potential.
COACHING STYLE
In my work as a coach I draw on a range of models and approaches but in particular cognitive-behavioural, person-centred, solution-focused, and strengths-based methodologies. It is about personal growth, creativity, performance, ‘stretching’, and action.
ABOUT ME
In my 20-years of professional experience, I worked across a range of sectors, including retail, textiles, engineering, agriculture, consultancy, mental health, training and development and change management.
Business success is driven by effective leaders who are self-aware and committed to their own growth and behavioural change. I therefore help my clients to connect to their personal strengths and leadership style to career towards success and to achieve their personal as well as professional goals. I draw on range of psychological and organisational models and approaches like Cognitive-Behaviour-Coaching, Gestalt Theory and Transactional Analysis.
In order to help my clients to work and lead in diverse and global markets and across cultures, I bring in my in-depth understanding of the many nuances in individual’s behaviours I’ve gathered during my various places of residence, spanning from Germany and Pakistan to Singapore.
SPECIAL INTERESTS
Due to my family business background and my experience as Trustee and board member, I am passionate about supporting business families to build their capacity to operate within the business and help to set boundaries so that neither the business nor the business family suffers. Furthermore, I coach and train teams to increase resilience, enhance well-being, embrace diversity, overcome blocks of change, build self-awareness, and to support their self-development.
